Refund Policy

Subscriptions, Billing and Payments

1. Merchant of Record

Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and/or its affiliates (“Paddle”), which acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for all transactions.

This means Paddle is responsible for processing payments, billing, applicable taxes, and handling refund requests.

By completing a purchase, You agree to Paddle’s Consumer Terms:
https://www.paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms

2. Subscription Plans

Certain features of the Service are available on a paid subscription basis.

Subscription details, pricing, billing frequency (monthly, annual, or otherwise), and included features are presented at checkout.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, You authorize Paddle to charge Your selected payment method on a recurring basis until You cancel.

The renewal charge will be at the price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout (unless otherwise notified).

4. Cancellation

You may cancel Your subscription at any time using:

  • The subscription management link included in Your Paddle receipt/invoice email; or

  • Paddle’s subscription management interface (if available).

Cancellation prevents future renewals.
It does not automatically trigger a refund.

5. Refunds

If You are a consumer, You may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s Consumer Terms:
https://www.paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
